I just found a note I had lost for some time. I’d scribbled on the back of a flyer a list of possible names for Al-Anon Family Groups. Several groups in my District have bland names like Monday Night Discussion and Saturday Jackson AFG (both fictitious for my area – there’s a Jackson in every state of the Union, did you know?). It has been suggested that any groups who wish to should choose new names that reflect their attitudes while affirming program principles. For inspiration, I flipped through the scribbles in my Hope for Today where I put sayings that others share which I find useful.
